Claims

QuineQuintax ApS provides warranty and claims rights in accordance with applicable consumer sales legislation, covering normal use of the product and proper use in line with the relevant instructions for use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• incorrect use or operation
• lack of maintenance
• burnt-out motors caused by voltage fluctuations
• liquid damage
• freight and transport damage
• unauthorised modifications or repairs

Warranty coverage is conditional on the product being used correctly and in accordance with the provided instructions.

If a claim is approved, any defects will be repaired free of charge.
